Your Tasks
- Creating digital learning offerings and further developing existing tools
- Ensuring uniform standards and synergies for digital training in city administration
- Advising and supporting the (specialist) departments in developing their own digital learning content
- Supporting the didactic conception and implementation of e-learning formats
- Participating in the support and further development of the learning platform
- Working on projects in the personnel development department
Your Profile
- Completed training or further education in e-learning, media didactics, adult education, or digital media production
- Proven experience in creating digital learning content (e.g., e-learning modules, explanatory videos, interactive training)
- Good knowledge of didactics and methodological design of digital learning formats
- Confident handling of learning platforms and common authoring tools (e.g., IMC, Articulate, Simpleshow, or comparable)
- Independent, solution-oriented working style with an eye for pragmatic implementations
- Strong advisory and communication skills as well as interest in the further development of digital learning processes
- Curiosity and openness to new tools and methods
