About the job
Your responsibilities
- Prepare dishes and ensure mise en place (breakfast, meals) while respecting hygiene and HACCP standards.
- Control and receive goods, verify delivery notes.
- Ensure service and maintain cleanliness of workstations.
- Participate in inventories and support logistics activities, if necessary.
- Work continuous hours from Monday to Friday, with occasional evening availability for events.
Your profile
- Completed professional cook training CFC
- 2-3 years of professional experience / first professional experience ideally in collective catering
- Culinary art is your passion with a demand for maximum quality
- Team-oriented personality with strong social skills and a winning presentation
- Excellent knowledge of French (spoken and written) / as well as good knowledge of English
