These are your tasks
- You are responsible for creating energy bills from network and PV electricity to the users in multi-family houses and commercial properties throughout Switzerland
- You handle the debt collection process from the advance invoice within your own area of responsibility
- You manage accounts receivable
- You also manage payment transactions regarding electricity costs (accounts payable)
- You perform general administrative tasks and support the department head

- You have completed commercial training or have office experience
- You have confident German language skills in speaking and writing
- Good understanding of IT processes (especially in Abacus)
- Polished manners, reliability, and precise working methods complete your profile
