As a web and system manager, you ensure that the content on our digital platforms is always up to date, edit event videos into lively reviews, and are the central contact person for technical questions.

Department: Architecture, Design and Civil Engineering

Start of work: From February 2026 or by arrangement

• Website maintenance: Care and regular updating of the department's websites (including events and teaching structures) in the CMS (TYPO3).
• Event support: Advice and technical support in the use of AV technology, video recordings as well as editing and provision of video material.
• General administration: Administrative tasks, correspondence and organization of meetings. Support with tools such as Miro, Webex, Teams, Zoom, Moodle, module selection tool.
• IT and hardware management: Support of the IT infrastructure (e.g. server rental, plotter hardware) and solving general IT issues.
• Archiving: Digital archiving of teaching modules, maintenance of the data structure and ensuring regular backup and archiving.
• Mediamatiker EFZ or comparable qualification
• Independent and autonomous work and the ability to set priorities
• Several years of experience in a similar role in the operation and support of a medium-sized web and IT environment
• Proficient in handling social media (LinkedIn and Instagram)
• Conceptual thinking, structured approach, organizational skills, quick comprehension
• High problem-solving competence
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects and/or Adobe Premiere Pro
