You can expect a varied activity:
- Active acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing key accounts for our speech recognition and dictation management solutions
- Monitoring of project calculations and offers as well as their follow-up until contract conclusion
- Planning and conducting regular customer visits as well as presence at relevant trade fairs and industry events
- Independent management of the entire sales cycle: lead generation, offer creation, negotiation, and contract conclusion
- Development and implementation of sales strategies and revenue plans in close coordination with marketing, product management, and the Head of Sales
- Creating presentations, statistics, and reports
- Compensation package with fixed salary and performance-based commission
You bring with you:
- Several years of proven successful experience in B2B sales and key account management, ideally in the SaaS or health-tech environment
- Strong communicative and negotiation-secure personality, confident in direct customer dialogue
- High willingness to travel within the German-speaking part of Switzerland (for customer visits, trade fairs, and networking events)
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on mentality and goal orientation
- Existing network in the healthcare industry is an advantage
- Flexibility and organizational talent
- Team player with hands-on mentality
- Good MS Office skills
- Fluent German and good English skills
