Head of Partner Labs m/f/x
Your responsibilities:
- Drive business growth and expand our presence with dental laboratory groups by leading client collaboration and business development initiatives
- Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with local leadership teams and the Director Strategic Markets
- Work closely with market organizations to activate strategies through impactful customer engagement and implementation initiatives
- Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across the industry
- Manage the entire customer journey and work with senior decision makers to build successful partnerships that add value
- Establish best practices for working with large dental laboratory groups to increase conversion rates and maximize the share of wallet of Ivoclar workflow solutions
- Work closely with our strategic markets team, as well as corporate, local sales, marketing, and education organizations
Your qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales and Business Development, ideally within the dentistry or dental laboratory market
- University degree
- Excellent communication and moderation skills in English
- Entrepreneurial, assertive, and results-driven mindset
- High energy level with flexibility, adaptability, curiosity, and a strong sales orientation
- Strong listening skills and a deep understanding of sales metrics, with the ability to interpret data and drive performance
- Proven ability to provide effective sales training and leadership to others
- Willingness to travel approximately 35–45%
