Working closely with HR Business Partners you will play a vital role in empowering our HR Business Partners (HRBPs) by providing insights and problem solving to support business goals.
In this role you will unlock the power of data—making it accessible and actionable for HRBPs, so they can proactively identify opportunities, shape strategy, and deliver targeted recommendations with commercial impact. You’ll help drive an evolution in how HRBPs think and work, supporting them with analytical expertise for deep strategic dives and equipping them with insights that matter.

What you will do
- Conduct ongoing health-checks for workforce planning process (e.g., perform quarterly review of KPIs in HRBP dashboards, prepare analytical data for selected People Days & BURs and perform deep dives on problem areas and ideas).
- Support strategic projects, providing analysis to diagnose and problem solve, leveraging consulting and communication skills, you will structure and present your work for an executive level audience.
- Proactively generate business insights based on relevant external and internal data and workforce trends.
- Support strategic workforce planning for key business areas, liasing with business leaders.
- Conducting cross functional and ad hoc data analysis and perform deep dives on business issues to support defining solutions and people priorities. Prepare presentations and reports to facilitate business decision making.
- Drive continuous automation of HRBP team processes and activities.
- Act as point of contact with HR Tech and support IT-related projects.
The job location is Zurich Switzerland.
What you bring
- Graduate or postgraduate university degree with 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills to solve complex problems; ability to develop creative and structured solutions.
- Ability to dive deep into data, identify trends, and generate meaningful insights that inform business decisions.
- Skilled at translating technical concepts into business-friendly language. Strong communication skills; adept at storytelling with data, leveraging powerpoint.
- Meticulous in ensuring data accuracy and reporting precision.
- Strong understanding of business strategy and how HR strategies and metrics drive overall business performance.
- Works effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, building consensus and fostering knowledge sharing.
- Openness to new technologies, methodologies, and continuous learning.
- Maintains high standards for data privacy, confidentiality, data security, and ethical use of people information.
- Management consulting experience is an advantage.
- Excellent powerpoint and excel skills, confident with PowerBI. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
