Your Tasks
- Professional, organizational and personnel management of the ward
- Planning, control and organization of nursing processes
- Staff deployment planning, leadership and motivation of the team
- Promotion of interdisciplinary cooperation (doctors, therapists)
- Ensuring and further developing nursing quality
- Representation of the department management
Your Profile
- Education: Training as a health and nursing professional (m/f/d) or nursing specialist (m/f/d) as well as further training to become a ward or department manager.
- Expertise: Specialist training in geriatrics (available or willingness to acquire).
- Personality: Leadership skills, empathy and assertiveness.
- Working Style: High self-organization and stress resistance.
