We are seeking an experienced EOHSS Specialist to support our client a global pharmaceutical company, at their Boudry facility. This is a 9-month contract role ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and EOHSS systems, including experience with ATEX.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international environmental, safety, sustainability, and health regulations.
Develop, implement, and improve EOHSS policies, procedures, and programs across the site.
Supportinternal communications and documentation related to EOHSS initiatives.
Maintain and manage EOHSS databases, SharePoint platforms, and documentation systems (e.g., SOPs, forms, inspection records).
Track and report on EOHSS metrics, including performance trends, incidents, and action items.
Oversee EOHSS-related training assignments and record-keeping, collaborating with trainers to ensure accurate delivery and documentation.
Support financial and administrative tasks such as purchase orders, expenses, and reporting.
Act as a point of contact for internal teams regarding EOHSS questions and initiatives.
Participate in EOHSS self-assessments, audits, inspections, and cross-functional EOHSS committees.
Promote and model a proactive, accountable EOHSS culture throughout the facility.
Requirements
Proven experience in EOHSS, EHS, or HSE roles, ideally within a pharmaceutical or high-regulated industry.
Strong knowledge of ATEX compliance or experience with hazardous area regulations is highly desirable.
Experience with EOHSS systems such as Enablon, ComplianceWire, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to engage across departments.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management platforms (e.g., SharePoint).
Good level in French and English
Must be eligible to work in Switzerland (mandatory).
