Your scope of action
- You are responsible for managing the entire process, from briefing suppliers to ordering, including comparing offers, negotiating prices, and selecting the best solutions
- You ensure coordination and follow-up of orders up to the point of sale, working closely with various stakeholders and ensuring every detail is taken into account
- Through varied and exciting projects, you support our different departments, especially the Marketing, Key Account, and Sales teams
- Finally, you ensure the supply of necessary materials for promotional campaigns while respecting budget and deadline constraints
Your strengths
- A business management education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent) with ideally 2 to 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
- A true team player, you stand out for your reliability, ability to take initiative, and organizational skills
- With good writing and communication skills, you convince through your ability to negotiate, advise, and bring innovative ideas
- Your native language is German or French, and you have good skills (B2) in the other language
