Your team
The Pictet Tech division is responsible for designing and integrating a wide range of IT solutions, from portfolio management systems to trading platforms, including banking applications and business management tools. Originating some of the Group's greatest innovations, the division is also responsible for the production and availability level of IT tools for the entire Group.
Within the Workplace Device Management team, your mission will be to implement and deploy modern and secure work solutions for Pictet group employees, as well as provide support in this area. You will join a dynamic team responsible for managing the work environment within an international company with globally distributed infrastructures. Thanks to the technological diversity of a large group, automation techniques help secure changes and ensure compliance across the entire fleet.
Your role
- Implement and evolve our work solutions, as well as the products that support them.
- Provide third-level support and maintain our infrastructures.
- Understand business requirements and evolution requests, and integrate them into an IT context.
- Write architecture documents and technical documentation.
- Create documents for end users describing the proposed solutions.
- Follow supplier roadmaps as well as market technical developments, and propose improvements for our information system.
Your profile
- Higher education in computer science, or solid equivalent experience.
- At least two years of experience in the workstation field.
- Technical mastery of mobile device management tools ("Mobile Device Management") and modern operating systems.
- Good command of scripting tools (PowerShell essential) and version control (Git).
- Very good understanding of identity management principles, network/security infrastructures, and web technologies.
- Experience in client workstation security solutions and server administration.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft collaborative and office solutions.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
- Residence in Switzerland required.
Rigorous and methodical, you adapt easily to new situations and enjoy working in a team. Your technical integration skills are recognized, and your synthesis ability allows you to understand the needs of your interlocutors to translate them into IT solutions focused on user experience. Moreover, thanks to your strong sense of responsibility, you will become a valued partner, keen to provide the appropriate solution to the company's needs.
