To support our internal sales department at the Hinwil location, we are looking for an engaged and goal-oriented
Sales Support Engineer 100% (m/f/d)

What you will achieve with us
- Collaboration in interdisciplinary sales core teams consisting of employees from the headquarters in Hinwil and the responsible sales company abroad
- Requirements analysis within the framework of customer projects
- Conceptual development of intralogistics system solutions, in close exchange with the specialist departments (System Engineering, Product Development, Software Engineering, and Project Management)
- Support in layout design using 2D/3D CAD programs (AutoCAD)
- Clarification of dates and delivery conditions
- Preparation of calculations, offers, specifications, and contracts
- Superordinate sales support activities such as creating and maintaining offer templates, validating the CRM pipeline, and project controlling
- Support of our demanding customers during visits in Hinwil, but also on site. This includes willingness for international travel of about 10%
What you bring with you
- Technical basic training, preferably in mechanical or plant engineering
- Business management training
- Professional experience in national and international capital goods sales
- Ideally experience in an intralogistics market area such as e-commerce, fashion logistics, production logistics, or similar
- Very good analytical skills as well as precise and independent work
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ideally CAD programs (AutoCAD)
- Strong customer orientation
- Professional appearance as well as good communication skills
- Very good oral and written knowledge of German and English
- Team player with perseverance, resilience, and good manners
