To support our internal sales department at the Hinwil location, we are looking for an engaged and goal-oriented

Sales Support Engineer 100% (m/f/d)

What you will achieve with us

• Collaboration in interdisciplinary sales core teams consisting of employees from the headquarters in Hinwil and the responsible sales company abroad
• Requirements analysis within the framework of customer projects
• Conceptual development of intralogistics system solutions, in close exchange with the specialist departments (System Engineering, Product Development, Software Engineering, and Project Management)
• Support in layout design using 2D/3D CAD programs (AutoCAD)
• Clarification of dates and delivery conditions
• Preparation of calculations, offers, specifications, and contracts
• Superordinate sales support activities such as creating and maintaining offer templates, validating the CRM pipeline, and project controlling
• Support of our demanding customers during visits in Hinwil, but also on site. This includes willingness for international travel of about 10%

What you bring with you

• Technical basic training, preferably in mechanical or plant engineering
• Business management training
• Professional experience in national and international capital goods sales
• Ideally experience in an intralogistics market area such as e-commerce, fashion logistics, production logistics, or similar
• Very good analytical skills as well as precise and independent work
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ideally CAD programs (AutoCAD)
• Strong customer orientation
• Professional appearance as well as good communication skills
• Very good oral and written knowledge of German and English
• Team player with perseverance, resilience, and good manners
