SIX operates the Swiss stock exchange and offers world-class services in securities trading and settlement, financial information, and payment transactions.
To strengthen the Head Regulatory and the Regulatory Bodies, we are looking for an Exchange Regulation clerk immediately or by arrangement. Re-entrants are warmly welcome.
Would you like to participate in our success with your commitment and contribute your IT skills to regulatory projects of the stock exchange, coordinate the translation of stock exchange regulations as a central contact person, and support our Regulatory Boards? These are your tasks
- Administrative support for Regulatory Committees (planning and organizing meetings, scheduling and accepting appointments, agenda setting, order preparation, invoicing, general correspondence, organization and maintenance of electronic archive)
- Support of regulatory and multidisciplinary projects
- Instruction and coordination of external translation orders or service providers
- Proofreading of complex legal texts, quality assurance of externally translated texts
- Implementation of publication orders as well as creation of schedules and process documentation
- Preparation of presentations and decision-making bases for management
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial and/or technical training. Professional experience in banking, IT, law firm, or administration is an advantage
- Technical flair, advanced IT skills, willingness to quickly familiarize yourself with new applications
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness, resilient personality, and ability to work in a team
- Independent, systematic, and efficient working style with high quality standards and reliability
- Commitment, flexibility, and resilience
- Fluent German skills as well as good English skills in spoken and written form. Knowledge of one of the two national languages (F/I) is an advantage
