West Sales Team Manager

Our west sales team convinces new French-speaking clients of the quality of our insurance products and carefully implements targeted sales strategies. Are you able to convincingly take on leadership tasks, have a talent for sales, can anticipate customer needs, and want to lead a committed team to success?

• You lead a sales team of six people and ensure its development on personal, organizational, and technical levels.
• Together with your collaborators, you guarantee the achievement of set sales targets and effectively implement agreed strategies.
• You attach great importance to respecting high service standards and quality norms.
• You plan, optimize, and realize sales strategies to strengthen our position in a highly competitive market in a targeted manner.
• You show commitment to acquiring and following up with new corporate clients as well as establishing sustainable partnerships.

• Completed basic commercial training with further education as sales manager, sales coordinator, or business economist
• Proven success as a sales professional
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in the insurance (health) sector
• Passion for leading and developing collaborators
• Excellent ability to express yourself in French and German

• 40 hours per week and flexible working hours
• Possibility to work remotely
• 25 days of vacation per year, 30 days from the age of 50
