The company PQM Consulting AG based in Pfäffikon SZ is a renowned IT company specializing in quality assurance and quality management. The company offers its customers professional support in optimizing their quality requirements and divides its core competencies into four main components: project/risk management, quality management, requirements management, and process management.For an external client project in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for an experienced, competent personality for the position of Business Analyst at the senior level (from 5-8 years) starting from 01.06.2026
Main tasks:
- Comprehensive UX conception including research, user tests, stakeholder management, etc.
- Full-stack UX designer from research, ideation, conception, prototyping, validation, specification, and quality assurance of implementation, profound knowledge of digital UX/UI design principles; ensures the quality of UX/UI in implementation.
- Design and evaluation of flows & screens together with the business. Designs and creates journeys and features in our banking channels (web and mobile apps). Ensures that brand guidelines are followed and design and interaction patterns from the design system are used.
- Mobile app conception is an advantage, banking knowledge is an advantage, Figma; also advantageous are Confluence and Jira as well as various UX testing tools.
Requirements (content, methodology, technology):
- Design methods along the entire UX process
- UX department, UX banking team for all projects within the two banking channels, manages the various stakeholders and their specialist needs, develops the necessary data bases (research, tests, etc.) and can convert these into user flows and screens.
- Is familiar with handling extensive design systems, can apply and extend them where necessary.
- Knowledge and experience in the conception of mobile applications on Apple and Android as well as their guidelines.
- German: C2 – near-native proficiency
- English: None
