Your Tasks
- Analysis and forward-looking and innovative further development of departmental support processes
- Recognizing the needs of employees and students
- Coordination and optimization of collaboration with internal and external units such as Marketing & Communication, HR, Controlling/Finance, Facility Services, Reception, Cafeteria Team, etc.
- Ensuring that support processes optimally support education, research, continuing education, and services
- Designing and leading a team that delivers support services in a service-oriented manner with joy and cooperation
- Close exchange with the department management
- Close collaboration with the project management for department and organizational development
- Representation of the department in higher-level committees
- Compiling important decision-making bases, data sets, and analyses
- Further development of our external appearance as well as our acquisition and positioning activities
Your Profile
- University degree
- Further training in processes and organization desired
- At least 3 years of experience in process analysis and design
- Knowledge of how universities operate
- Proven competence in applying methods of collegial leadership as well as Scrum and Lean approaches
- Confident use of moderation, participation, and evaluation methods
- High affinity for digital tools
- Agile personality with high empathy and strong willingness to shape
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration and change work
- Communicative, solution- and service-oriented, independent, and structured
- Willingness to shape rather than administrative mentality
