Your tasks:
In this versatile and responsible position, you support the Vice President University Development both substantively and administratively.
Your activities include:
- Independent preparation of statistics, concepts, reports, and presentations
- Conducting reliable research on university-relevant topics
- Coordination and support of projects in the field of university development
- Participation in process and project management as well as in the optimization of internal procedures of the Vice Presidency
- Support in financial administration (e.g., budget overviews, invoice processing)
- Coordination and management of appointments and calendar
- Organization of business trips, meetings, and university-specific events
- Confident written and oral correspondence in German and English with internal and external stakeholders
Your profile:
In addition to a strong service orientation and a professional yet friendly demeanor, you bring the following:
- Completed commercial or equivalent training, ideally with further education in project management or business administration
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in the university or education sector
- High degree of initiative, responsibility, discretion, and reliability
- Structured and independent working style with an eye for priorities
- High IT affinity: confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); experience with digital collaboration and project tools (e.g., MS Teams, SharePoint)
- Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
