- Operational implementation of all personnel management processes along the Employee Life Cycle (e.g. onboarding and offboarding, contract management, certificates, permits)
- Consulting and administrative support of HR Business Partners, line managers and employees
- Administrative tasks throughout the entire recruitment process (job postings, screening, offer confirmation, etc.)
- Receiving and handling telephone inquiries in German and French
- Participation in exciting HR projects and process optimizations
- Commercial basic education EFZ and completed further training as HR Assistant
- At least 2 years of professional experience in personnel administration
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and German
- Affinity for IT applications (knowledge of SuccessFactors is an advantage) as well as structured, independent and precise working style
