In your role as Junior CRM Manager (m/f/d), you combine data, creativity, and communication to address our customers with relevant and inspiring content.Responsibilities:
- You create and send newsletter campaigns as well as push and in-app communications in coordination with the Content Marketing team
- You analyze campaign results based on defined KPIs, identify optimization potentials, and derive measures to increase efficiency
- You plan and coordinate loyalty measures in close cooperation with the CRM Manager and maintain regular exchange with the CRM department within the Deichmann Group
- You conduct A/B testing to continuously improve email marketing performance and create reports
- You have completed a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration or have a university of applied sciences degree
- You bring at least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in email marketing or CRM, and you are enthusiastic about digital marketing and new technologies
- You are proficient in German and English, both spoken and written, and are confident with MS Office
- You have analytical skills, interconnected thinking, as well as a structured, independent working style with high accuracy
- You are a team player with a hands-on mentality, high willingness to learn, and good communication skills
