Clerk Additional Benefits for AHV/IV 80%

Dietikon is a growing city with over 28,000 inhabitants and about 13,500 jobs. The Office for Additional Benefits with 10 employees administers additional benefits for IV/AHV recipients and bridging benefits for older unemployed people in the city of Dietikon, thereby ensuring an adequate minimum income for people in modest circumstances.

To complement our team in the area of additional benefits for AHV/IV, we are looking for a qualified specialist by agreement as

• Challenging and independent processing of new applications for additional benefits for AHV/IV
• Periodic review and adjustment of ongoing benefit cases
• Approval of illness and disability costs
• General administrative tasks
• Participation in the training of commercial apprentices
• Personal and telephone advice for applicants, their relatives, social workers, and legal guardians

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent education
• Experience in social insurance (advantageous)
• Social insurance specialist with federal diploma (advantageous)
• Independent and responsible work
• Enjoyment of challenging questions and good numerical flair
• Good PC skills (MS Office, ZL-Pro advantageous)
• Flawless oral and written expression
