Your tasks
Planning of all therapy appointments for inpatient patients: Together with your team, you ensure that all therapy appointments for the over 100 therapy employees are efficiently planned and meet the high qualitative and tariff requirements.
Leadership and development: You take over the leadership of a team of 4-5 employees, promote their professional development, and ensure effective personnel deployment planning. You represent the planning/administration team internally and externally.
Planning and optimization: Together with your team, you ensure that therapy appointments are efficiently planned and meet the high qualitative and tariff requirements.
Process improvement: You accompany change and improvement processes, optimize administrative workflows, and actively contribute to quality assurance.
Interdisciplinary collaboration: You promote cooperation between the various therapy departments and ensure that all parties communicate effectively and coordinate their processes well.
Strategic planning: You develop solutions to improve planning processes and ensure they comply with applicable tariff regulations.
Responsibility: You take overall responsibility for personnel deployment planning, administrative workflows, and the further development of work processes.
Support of management / co-management therapies: You support the management / co-management therapies in various administrative areas.

Your profile
Completed commercial training (e.g., commercial employee EFZ in office or service management, or comparable commercial training), training in hospital administration (e.g., health care specialist (FAGE), medical practice assistant, or similar qualifications in healthcare) or a comparable training in the administrative field
Several years of experience in leadership and organization of processes in healthcare
In-depth knowledge and experience in scheduling tasks, preferably in therapy planning
Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as high resilience and flexibility
Confident handling of hospital applications and processes in healthcare
