Employee Insured Advisory Pension Fund (m/f/d)

The Raiffeisen Pension Fund is responsible for occupational benefits for the over 200 affiliated employers of the Raiffeisen Group throughout Switzerland. It is a legally independent entity with management, a board of directors, and a delegate assembly as the highest authority.

To complement our customer-oriented team in St. Gallen (near the train station), with the possibility of home office, we are looking for a motivated, team-oriented, and communicative pension advisor (m/f/d) with entry by agreement.

• You independently and professionally advise our insured persons in German and ideally in another national language
• You independently process the pension transactions of our insured persons
• You support the further development of processes and digital channels
• We support you in your personal and professional development, on the job and with internal as well as external training and continuing education

• You have a degree from a higher education (business/law) or further training in the area of BVG or social insurance
• You ideally have good French or Italian skills
• You are a motivated personality who wants to develop further in the field of occupational benefits
• You have a flair for digital systems and data as well as good analytical and conceptual skills
