Clerk Secretariat and Authority as well as Deputy of the Auditor (50%)
The secretariat is the central hub within the office and ensures smooth administrative operations. The authority clerk participates in the KESB meetings, takes minutes, and ensures the correct execution of the KESB decisions.
Due to the upcoming retirement of the current position holder, we are looking for a skilled all-rounder starting July 1, 2026, or by agreement.

Tasks
- Management of business administration and control of file management
- Counter and telephone service as well as mail processing
- Registration and filing of advance directives
- Creation and validation of case and procedure statistics
- Participation in KESB meetings as a representative of the authority clerk; minute-taking, execution, and dispatch of decisions
- Ongoing support of the auditor in conducting audits and representing them during absences
- Independent execution of invoice audits for mandates of professional assistants of the Uri mandate center
Expectations
- Commercial vocational training or equivalent
- Confidence in dealing with people in difficult life situations
- Several years of professional experience, preferably in public administrations
- Basic knowledge of civil law child and adult protection law and administrative procedural law is an advantage
- Very good PC user skills (MS Office suite); experience with electronic business management systems (KESBweb, CMI) desired
- Very good oral and written communication skills
- High resilience, flexibility, and quick comprehension
- Ability to think in a networked way
- A well-measured sense of humor to consistently handle the demanding daily work in this field with ease
