Restoration Specialist

Your tasks
- Friendly and professional care of our guests in the Rubinette restaurant and the Pinova bistro
- Responsible for orders, inventory management, and ensuring smooth operation in the Pinova bistro
- Co-responsibility for banquets and evening events in cooperation with our employees
- Carrying out cleaning tasks in your own area of responsibility as well as maintenance and care of the equipment
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene regulations and implementation of internal quality standards
Your profile
- Completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ
- Further training in work pedagogy or corresponding experience is an advantage
- Solid professional experience in gastronomy
- Willingness to independently plan and carry out banquets and evening events
- Good German skills in spoken and written form as well as understanding of Swiss German
- Experience with electronic cash register systems
- Good user skills in Microsoft 365
