Tasks
- Professional and personal counseling and support of (young) adults in the training and work process (Supported Education/Supported Employment)
- Consulting employers in the primary labor market
- Networking and coordination of all involved parties such as social insurance, therapists, general practitioners, and training or workplace.
- Administrative management of the patient file and writing reports
Profile
- Education in Social Work FH or nursing professional HF and several years of experience in the areas of work coaching, work pedagogy, career and study counseling,
- Training in job coaching and experience in psychiatry
- Profound knowledge of the labor market situation and the Swiss education systems
- Experience in dealing with young people in training/studies/apprenticeship
- Confident appearance, good representation skills, and negotiation skills
- High social competence, flexibility, and resilience
- Good PC user skills (clinical information system)
