To complement our team at the Reinach travel center and for replacements in other travel centers, we are looking for a service-oriented personality as a customer advisor immediately or by arrangement.

• You advise our customers on public transport offers and ancillary products and actively sell them
• You advise our customers on leisure offers (city trips / event tickets, etc.) and sell the corresponding packages / tickets
• You sell and manage products of the ancillary business (shop) and handle Western Union money transfers
• You assist in processing customer concerns

• Qualification as retail specialist in public transport EFZ, commercial employee in public transport EFZ, or equivalent training
• Experience in selling public transport products
• Good CASA and MS Office skills
• Enthusiastic and proactive personality
• Willingness to work irregular hours and weekends
