Biodiversity Consultant
To strengthen the Lindau location, we are looking for a committed personality.
Your tasks
- Actively shape biodiversity in Zurich agriculture
- Consulting on planning, enhancement, and maintenance of biodiversity promotion areas Pilot innovative projects
- As a link between agriculture, administration, and nature conservation, drive forward pioneering initiatives Inspire with practical knowledge
- Organize exciting field visits, events, and practice-oriented training in agriculture Develop smart tools
- Teaching in basic education in the field of biodiversity at about 10%
Your profile
- Completed studies in agricultural sciences, environmental sciences, or comparable education with a focus on agriculture and biodiversity
- Sound knowledge of Swiss agricultural policy, ÖLN requirements, and biodiversity promotion on agricultural enterprises
- Practical experience in agricultural consulting or project work with direct contact to farms
- Independent, reliable, and structured working style as well as enjoyment in working with farmers
