Your new jobWe consistently develop our customer and sales landscape. For this, we are looking for an experienced colleague who not only accompanies CRM and sales process optimizations but leads, structures, and successfully implements them.

• Responsibility for strategically relevant projects at the interface between business, sales, and IT
• Leading CRM and sales automation initiatives with cross-departmental impact
• Further development of our customer lifecycle logics and sales-supporting processes
• Integration of new functionalities into existing system landscapes
• Managing stakeholders at the management level
• Ensuring governance, transparency, and sustainable implementation

• Several years of experience in leading complex CRM or sales transformation projects
• Proven success in introducing or further developing CRM platforms or sales automation solutions
• Strong change management skills, ideally in regulated environments
• Understanding of customer lifecycle, lead management, campaign control, and sales processes

• You combine structure with implementation strength and reliably bring complex initiatives to completion
