We are expanding our commercial team to drive significant growth in our key accounts sector. This role is vital for enhancing our business relationships and development efforts across major accounts at both national and regional levels. As the Key Account Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our key accounts by identifying and executing new business opportunities. You will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions. Your role will also involve strategic planning, market analysis, and leadership to achieve business objectives. Collaborating with the commercial team, you will ensure the implementation of innovative strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our footprint across key accounts. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through new partnerships and accounts.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to deliver joint value.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. Analyze data to inform strategic decisions and identify areas for growth.
- Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive business plans outlining financial projections, operational strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients, suppliers, and vendors to secure beneficial terms and conditions.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of key accounts. Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
- Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the account management team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Industry Engagement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and promote our products and services.
