To strengthen our team at the Psychotherapeutic Practice for Children and Adolescents of the Institute of Psychology at the University of Bern ( www.pkj.unibe.ch ')) we are looking as soon as possible for psychological psychotherapists who are enthusiastic about the diagnosis and treatment of patients at the interface of teaching and research.
The Practice for Children and Adolescents is an outpatient psychotherapeutic facility and is affiliated with the Department of Clinical Psychology of Childhood and Adolescence (www.kpkj.psy.unibe.ch; Head: Prof. Dr. phil. Stefanie Schmidt). The psychotherapeutic services are based on the current state of scientific research and include prevention and treatment of the entire spectrum of mental health issues. It is aimed at children and adolescents up to 21 years of age as well as their families.
Tasks- Independent execution and documentation of diagnostics and psychotherapeutic treatment of children, adolescents, and their families in an outpatient setting
- Support and collaboration in the organizational and conceptual further development of the Practice for Children and Adolescents
- Implementation of interventions within the framework of research projects
- Support with organizational tasks within the department
- (Co-)supervision of assistants and interns in the practice
Requirements
You have completed or are advanced in training as a child and adolescent psychotherapist. If you also have strong teamwork and social skills, your working style is characterized by commitment, conscientiousness, and independence, and you are interested in linking scientific activity, teaching, and clinical practice, we look forward to receiving your application.
