Your tasks are:
- Actively shape the Child and Youth department in a target group-oriented manner and work closely with the Integration Promotion office
- Benefit from existing experiences and resources and take the opportunity to help shape new forms of collaboration
- Independently take responsibility for tasks and projects, from conception to further development
- Participate in all areas of work, such as open meeting spaces, social spatial projects, information and support, holiday offers, politics and networking, participation and integration promotion
- Maintain and design low-threshold forms of collaboration with children, adolescents, and adults
- Collaboration and networking with municipalities, external organizations, and specialist offices
You bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Sociocultural Animation FH
- High social and transcultural competence as well as interest in social and socio-political issues
- You are an engaged and creative person who meets the target groups at eye level
- High communication skills and administrative talent
- You have work experience in open work with children and adolescents as well as with adults
- You are willing to work evenings and weekends
