• Actively shape the Child and Youth department in a target group-oriented manner and work closely with the Integration Promotion office
• Benefit from existing experiences and resources and take the opportunity to help shape new forms of collaboration
• Independently take responsibility for tasks and projects, from conception to further development
• Participate in all areas of work, such as open meeting spaces, social spatial projects, information and support, holiday offers, politics and networking, participation and integration promotion

• Bachelor's degree in Sociocultural Animation FH
• High social and transcultural competence as well as interest in social and socio-political issues
• You are an engaged and creative person who meets the target groups at eye level
• High communication skills and administrative talent
• You have work experience in open work with children and adolescents as well as with adults
• You are willing to work evenings and weekends
