What you will do here
- Independently acquire and lead third-party funded research and consulting projects in the field of Sustainability Transformation and Transformative Leadership
- Build and transfer knowledge on change strategies and transformation processes related to sustainability – implement in companies, NGOs, and public organizations
- Develop innovative teaching and continuing education offerings on business transformation, change management, and transformative leadership in the field of sustainability
- Actively shape and strategically further develop the Sustainable Business Institute – focusing on transformation and change competence through network building, publications, as well as inter- and transdisciplinary cooperation
What you ideally bring
- Completed doctorate in business administration, organizational psychology, social sciences, or related fields
- Experience in acquiring and leading application-oriented research or consulting projects on transformation, change management, or organizational development in the sustainability sector (especially funded by Innosuisse, foundations, authorities, companies)
- Teaching experience at universities, ideally in the field of organizational change or transformation management, with willingness to develop new teaching formats
- Professional experience in transformation or change projects in companies, administrations, or non-profit organizations
- Very good communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken; additional foreign languages are an advantage
