Your Tasks
- Handling Workpackage 5 in the project "Assessing policy measures: Switzerland's response to identified challenges" in cooperation with the project management and a postdoc at the Bern University of Applied Sciences (concept, data collection, analysis, and dissemination of results)
- Design and implementation of a dissertation project within the scope of the project (https://data.snf.ch/grants/grant/10004740)
- Integrating the results of the workpackage into the overall project, coordination and exchange with all involved researchers and universities in Switzerland
Your Profile
- Master's degree in political science, sociology, social work, or a related discipline
- Good knowledge of (qualitative) empirical social research, familiar with scientific research strategies
- Very good knowledge in the fields of social policy, social inequality, family, and gender relations
- Very good German skills, good French and English skills (working language in the overall project is English)
- Motivation for further scientific qualification
- Self-responsibility, commitment, communication, and teamwork skills
