Business Support is considered a competent contact point for all facility management concerns by our internal and external customers. As a specialist unit for Technical Building Management, you check, analyze, and advise the respective stakeholders on all questions related to building technology.
For this versatile and exciting task, we are looking for a responsible professional with high initiative to support service management in Technical Building Management, starting immediately or by arrangement.
Your main tasks:
- You handle technical inquiries from our internal and external customers
- You evaluate data using facility management systems and Microsoft Office programs
- You take over internal order processing for our most important customers
- You prepare offers and invoices
- You conduct correspondence with our branches at home and abroad
- You monitor and document the progress of customer orders
- You assist in preparing documents for meetings and training sessions
Your profile:
- Completed training as a Technical Clerk with a federal certificate or commercial basic education with a strong interest in technology or technical basic education with proven commercial experience
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Knowledge of a second national language (French or Italian) is an advantage but not mandatory
- You convince with a friendly, service-oriented personality
- You have a healthy assertiveness
