What awaits you.....
- Sales of all services of Elément SA and technical advice
- Acquisition of construction, conversion and/or renovation projects
- Preparation of construction offers and customized solutions; partly in collaboration with our engineers and builders
- Complete sales processing, including the preparation of administrative documents, e.g. calculations, offers, order confirmations, documentation for public tenders and handling of any complaints
- Independent and active follow-up of offers/quotes throughout the entire sales process
- Maintenance and follow-up of existing customer relationships and development of new customer relationships (field service)
- Planning and implementation of sales activities to acquire new customers
You are......
- your basic professional training in the construction sector combined with corresponding further training or your civil engineering education
- your professional experience in the construction sector; a great advantage in the field of precast concrete element manufacturing
- your flair for negotiations and your pleasure in advising customers as well as your ability to convince
- your passion for sometimes complex technical challenges and your enthusiasm for the symbiosis of technology and sales
- your ability to set priorities and to surpass yourself by taking on new challenges
- your native language French or German with good knowledge of the other language is mandatory
- your knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, is a system you are familiar with and good experience with 3D/BIM planning software is an advantage
