• Restaurant Iris is the all-day open day restaurant and the central place for creative and regional cuisine, where all threads come together.

• Iris Catering means creative catering in all outlets on the Merian Gardens site.

Your tasks:

• Organization and planning: You coordinate banquet and seminar requests and take care of the operational implementation – from planning to the completion of an event.

• Communication with guests: You are the central contact person for our guests, receive requests, and ensure that every event is implemented individually and perfectly.

• Interface to the kitchen and service: You work closely with the kitchen team and service to ensure a smooth process at every event.

• Quality assurance: With your eye for detail, you ensure that every event meets and exceeds the high standards of the Merian Gardens.

• Experience in event or banquet management: You bring experience in organizing events and always keep an overview even with multiple events.

• Passion for guests and service: You enjoy delighting guests and appreciate personal contact.

• Organizational talent and flexibility: You are structured and at the same time flexible to react quickly to spontaneous changes.

• Team player mentality: You enjoy close collaboration with service and kitchen and bring a high level of communication skills.
