Within a multidisciplinary HR team, your main tasks will be:
- Complete salary management for about 400 employees using the Abacus software (up to salary accounting [control of allocations, provision of allowances, salary account justification, etc.])
- Calculation of bonuses and variable remunerations according to internal regulations and in collaboration with the finance department
- Preparation of periodic and annual statements related to social insurances, multi-canton withholding taxes, and salary certificates (via Swissdec)
- Management of absence cases in coordination with clinic teams and loss of earnings insurances (accident, illness, military, maternity, paternity, etc.)
- Management of the entry and exit process: support for the preparation of contractual documents and formalities
- Supervision and control of the use of the time and absence management application (Roger HR)
- Point of contact for employees, authorities, and insurers
- Production of statistics/reports for payroll analysis and performance indicators (Power BI, Abacus Reports, advanced Excel is a plus)
- Participation in HR projects (digitalization, optimization, etc.)
- HR specialist diploma or social insurance certificate
- Proven experience in human resources, especially in salary management, social insurances, and HR administration
- Very good knowledge of social insurances and labor law
- Adaptability, resilience, analytical and methodical skills
- Customer, service, and results orientation
