We are looking for an innovative and responsible personality for our Chinderstern Fehraltorf from December 1, 2025 or by
agreement.
The Kita Chinderstern Fehraltorf offers children from three months old until
kindergarten entry a pedagogically optimal family-complementary care option.
It belongs to the kidéal group, which offers a comprehensive service catalog in the
field of childcare and operates over 25 own facilities in the Zurich, Aargau, and Basel regions.
In the role of Co-Educator, you implement the kidéal philosophy together with the employees of your group. Together with the team, you put the child's well-being at the
center and ensure age-appropriate support and individual guidance.
You will be accompanied and supported by the group management.

Your tasks
Co-responsibility for the well-being of the children in your group
Co-responsibility for coordinating the pedagogical and organizational
work of the employees in your group
Support in leading the group while adhering to pedagogical
norms and values
Professional and committed teamwork
Professional and close cooperation with the parents
Your qualifications
Diploma FaBe K or KKE (EU training only with CH recognition - BBT)
Professional experience in childcare
Teamwork skills and motivation
Very good German skills
Flexibility, punctuality, and reliability
