The Hunting and Fisheries Administration monitors and promotes fisheries with the help of decentralized supervision and is responsible for maintaining a wildlife population adapted to local conditions.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed administrative employee starting February 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your tasks
- General secretarial and administrative tasks (correspondence, telephone, mail, appointment coordination)
- Support of management and specialist staff in administrative matters
- Processing applications for hunting licenses, fishing permits, and approvals in the field of hunting and fisheries
- Maintaining and managing databases, files, and registries
- Participation in projects and support in communication with hunters, fishermen, associations, and other stakeholders
- Contact point for general inquiries from the public, authorities, and organizations
Your profile
- Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in administration or clerical work, ideally in public administration
- Confident and stylistically secure oral and written expression in German
- Good IT user skills (MS Office, ideally specialized applications)
- Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
- High service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with different stakeholders
- Interest in hunting, fisheries, and nature topics is an advantage
- Varied activity in an exciting nature-related field of work
