Your tasks

• Independent management and responsibility of the store
• Active sales and advice to our professional and non-professional customers
• Placement of our products on the shelves
• Presentation of our promotions and new products
• Management of customer returns
• Development and optimization of turnover

Your qualities

• Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as retail manager
• Essential professional experience in the fields of sanitary, heating, screws, and tools
• Knowledge of the SAP program
• Ease in human contacts, initiative, and team spirit
• Excellent commercial qualities (listening, advising, and supporting the customer)
