We support those affected in leading an independent life. The sbv achieves this goal through education and representing their interests in public, through counseling and raising awareness, as well as promoting innovative technologies.
We are looking for you from September 1st or by arrangement as
Communication & Editorial Specialist 60% – 80% (m / f / d)
Your workplace is in the city of Lausanne, with occasional days at the office in Bern and the possibility of working from home.
You will complement a team of four people and actively shape the association's presence.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the French edition of our association magazine «Clin d’oeil»: topic planning, editorial planning, coordination of production and layout, in close cooperation with the editor-in-chief of the German edition
- Writing, editing, and translating French-language articles, interviews, reports, and specialist contributions
- Further development of the content orientation and storytelling for the French-speaking part of Switzerland
- Planning and implementation of target group-oriented communication measures (online & offline)
- Editorial collaboration on newsletters, press releases, and web content in French
- Content creation for digital channels (website, social media, possibly video/multimedia)
- Ensuring the quality and consistency of all French-language content
- Support for campaigns, projects, and events of the association
Your profile
- Education or training in communication, journalism, media studies, or comparable qualification
- Native French speaker, very good written and spoken German skills (meetings with the editorial team are held in German)
- Several years of experience in editorial work, corporate or association communication
- Strong editorial sense as well as confident, audience-appropriate writing style
- Experience in the production of print publications (editorial planning, coordination, production processes)
- Digital competence (CMS, newsletter tools, social media, ideally basic knowledge of SEO and image/video editing)
- Independent, structured, and reliable working style
- Organizational strength, teamwork skills, and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
- Sensitivity to the topics of visual impairment, accessibility, and inclusion
