Marketing & Sales Manager
Your role and responsibilities :
You will bring our medium voltage solutions to life – implementing marketing strategies that win customers, grow market share, and strengthen our position as a technology leader. With your expertise, you will empower Sales, create impactful marketing activities, and drive innovative solutions for utilities and industrial customers.
The work model for the role is: #hybrid
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Executing local marketing strategies, clearly communicating product value, and positioning our solutions for success, while keeping targets in sight, defining actions, and following through to achieve revenue and margin goals together with the different teams.
- Identifying trends, analyzing competitors, gathering customer insights – and translating them into actionable business plans.
- Coordinating market analyses with Sales team members and defining appropriate forecasts and plans, and evaluating and sharing customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
- Equipping our sales teams with the right materials, training, and technical know-how, and driving sales efficiency by delivering appropriate product knowledge information and training (technical and sales) for each Sales person.
Qualifications for the role :
- University degree/ University of Applied Science degree preferably in electrical engineering or related field
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in medium voltage switchgear domain
- Business fluency in German and English (at least C1), preferably complemented by French or Italian
- Experience and proficiency in the usage of various Software
- A track record in obtaining results combined with strong communication skills
- Proven structured task organization and tracking skills
