At the end of your onboarding, you will be responsible for the administrative recruitment processes. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the entire recruitment process, ensuring the smooth running of administrative and organizational phases and ensuring compliance with our internal instructions and regulations.
Your tasks will be:
- Coordinate the opening of positions, in collaboration with the managers of the vacant positions
- Organize and conduct kick-off meetings with managers to jointly define selection criteria
- Draft and publish job offers
- Review, select and pre-select applications
- Support salary definition
- Manage all administrative procedures up to hiring
Your skills and talents
Your skills and talents
- You speak perfect French and German, and Italian is an advantage
- Experience in HR support, administration or project management in a large company, ideally in recruitment and you have already worked in an agile environment or want to do so
- You are organized, reliable and able to manage a significant volume of tasks
- You show a proactive attitude, with excellent communication skills and good team spirit
