Your area of responsibility includes
Payroll & HR Administration
- Responsibility for the monthly payroll runs (in cooperation with our trustee)
- Maintenance of all payroll-relevant data and contact person for our MAITs on payroll-related topics
- Participation in annual financial statements and support during audits
- Support of HR administration from A to Z
- Maintenance of HR systems (Abacus) and personnel files
- Support in recruiting and HR projects
Organization & Corporate Services
- Data protection, compliance, and TISAX topics for MAIT Swiss
- Responsibility for our locations and the entire office organization
- Ensuring smooth daily business (infrastructure, services, coordination)
- Management of fleet, insurance, and administrative services
- Preparation of evaluations as well as support of management-related topics and processes
This qualifies you
- Commercial training, ideally with HR or payroll further education
- Experience in payroll or HR administration
- Abacus knowledge is an advantage
- Structured, independent, and reliable working style
- High sense of responsibility and trustworthiness
- Very good German skills, English is an advantage
- Enjoyment of a versatile role with scope for design
