Dispatcher / Deputy Head of Logistics (m/f)

Düring Schweiz AG is an innovative and specialized company in the field of recycling and transport with over 100 employees. We are looking, as a expansion for our dispatch team, for an independent, responsible, and team-oriented specialist at the Ebikon location.

• Order entry and processing
• Plans personnel deployment in consultation with the head of dispatch
• Organizes, executes, and controls orders
• Ensures that personnel comply with legal regulations (ARV1, AVR/SDR) in the company
• Customer consulting, acquisition
• Checks driver cards
• Operates scale and handles collection
• Thoroughly checks delivery notes and vehicles (digital, PDF, photo) and corrects deviations
• Personnel hour control (times & expenses)
• On-call duty (phone 24 hours)
• All administrative and clerical work (including Clever Point)
• Diesel control
• Professional representation of the head of logistics including apprenticeship management

• Completed apprenticeship in road transport or driver with corresponding further training in the office area or as a dispatcher
• Good IT skills
• Well-groomed appearance & good manners
• Leadership qualities towards personnel
• Organizational talent
• Very good logistics knowledge
• Very good local knowledge (Central Switzerland)
• Material knowledge, gravel, concrete, recycling are an advantage
• Industry experience is very welcome
