The Clinic for Oral Surgery and Stomatology of the Dental Clinics of the University of Bern is the largest oral surgical clinic in Switzerland. As an internationally recognized center for teaching, research, and services, we offer a wide range of the most modern examination and treatment methods – supported by around 60 dedicated employees.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated:
Certified Nurse for our Outpatient Ward 60%-80% immediately or by arrangement
Your main tasks
- Pre-, intra-, and postoperative care and monitoring of adults and children during oral surgical procedures in the outpatient OR area (including anesthesia)
- Administration of premedication, sedation, and intravenous medication
- Medication dispensing according to prescription as well as postoperative instructions
- Planning, organization, and documentation of daily routines
- Ordering (medications, materials, laundry)
Your profile
- Completed training as a nurse FH, HF, AKP, DN II with several years of experience
- Committed, flexible, and responsible personality with joy in interdisciplinary collaboration
- Open to new challenges, digital developments, and good IT skills
- Very good German skills as well as French/English are an advantage
