About the job
Do you have an eye for design, enjoy working precisely, and implement ideas creatively? Would you like to contribute to conveying scientific content visually in a convincing and understandable way? Then you are exactly right with us. We are looking for a visual communication employee starting August 1, 2026, or by agreement.
Your tasks
- You design fact sheets, reports, and flyers and ensure a coherent overall visual appearance.
- You create illustrations for various applications, including publications, social media, podcasts, or the website.
- You support external agencies with layout work as well as the creation of illustrations and infographics.
- You ensure compliance with and further development of the corporate design and develop graphic concepts if needed.
- You support the person responsible for visual communication in all matters and actively contribute to the team.
Your profile
- You are a polygraphic specialist with a creative streak or have a comparable education (entry-level or with some years of experience).
- You have broad graphic skills – from typographically precise layout to creative implementation of illustrations and graphics.
- You have a good eye for visual communication and work carefully.
- You possess very good user knowledge of common programs and solid knowledge of Adobe products, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; knowledge of After Effects is an advantage.
- You are interested in the visual presentation of findings on topics such as climate, landscape, or biodiversity.
- Your native language is German or French, and you have good oral and written skills in the other language.
- You work structured, efficiently, reliably, and independently, show initiative, and are a team player with good communication skills.
