Our Station 3 North is a committed team of 50 employees and trainees who work together to provide optimal care for our patients. As a mixed rehabilitation ward, we care for patients from the fields of internal medicine, oncology, and musculoskeletal rehabilitation. We work in nursing according to the principles of Lean Management.

Your tasks

Deriving the individual care needs or care goals within the entire care process, setting up action plans, implementing the planned measures with the support of FaGe and PA, and continuously evaluating the overall process

Supporting and advising patients and their relatives in complex care situations

Implementing internal quality standards and guidelines and participating in continuous improvement processes (CIP) within the framework of Lean Management

Supporting trainers in the education of trainees and students

Your profile

Diploma in Health and Nursing HF, FH

Professional experience in acute medicine and rehabilitation

Communicative and independent personality who enjoys working with people, likes to work in a multidisciplinary team, and values constructive collaboration

Teamwork, customer orientation, conflict management skills, and business thinking

High commitment and high resilience
