Medical Practice Assistant (MPA)
If you also want to make a difference in people’s lives, these are your tasks:
- Organization and administrative handling of practice reception, patient admission, and appointment management
- Vocational training for MPA trainees is desirable
- Reception and processing of phone calls and emails
- Laboratory work, venous blood draws, placing infusions and injections
- Preparation and follow-up of consultation rooms as well as consultation assistance
- Service recording, sending reports, prescriptions, and insurance inquiries, scanning documents, as well as maintaining digital medical records
Our modern practice offers the full range of gynecology and obstetrics – from individual care in all life phases to support in special situations. We place great value on a personal, trusting atmosphere for our patients and close interdisciplinary collaboration within the team. From spring 2026, we will expand our range of services with a Breast Center and the field of plastic surgery in new practice rooms. This will create an even broader, future-oriented care offering that combines gynecological expertise with specialized surgical expertise.

This is how you convince us:
- Completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant, preferably with some professional experience
- Solid knowledge of medical terminology as well as proficient PC skills
- Completed vocational trainer course or SVEB certificate or willingness to complete one of these
- Willingness to care for our patients sometimes on weekends/public holidays or during evening consultations
- Respectful and friendly interaction with our patients is a matter of course, as well as maintaining an overview in hectic situations
