Your Tasks
- Community-based social psychiatric care and support for people with mental illnesses
- Implementation of individual case assistance as well as social therapeutic group work to promote independence, participation, and stabilization
- Active participation in the implementation of the therapeutic and social psychiatric treatment concept
- Interdisciplinary collaboration in the multiprofessional team
- Close cooperation with external partners in the social psychiatric network, such as counseling centers, authorities, clinics, and other social institutions
- Ensuring and implementing internal quality standards, guidelines, and documentation requirements
Your Profile
- Completed degree in Social Work or Social Pedagogy or a comparable state-recognized university degree
- Ideally a therapeutic additional qualification or further training in the psychosocial or social psychiatric field
- Strong social skills, communication, and conversational skills
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for innovation in social pedagogical and psychosocial work
- Ability to work independently and responsibly as well as structured case work
- Interest in the further development of social pedagogical services
- Willingness for continuous professional development and vocational qualification
